Recruitment Process :
Responsible for placing resources through various sources- Portals, research ,Professional platform LinkedIn, References , campus Placements etc., Complete end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
Source relevant resumes from the external portals, and internal database.
Work on job requisitions, search database, post ads, short list resumes, telephonic & face-to-face interview, followed by salary negotiation.
Screen & validate the Appropriate profiles as per the requirements without any deviations from JD,
Quality of Conversion from Submissions = Selection is very important in Recruitment
KAM : Key Account Management
Regular Client Meetings , Interacting with clients directly- to discuss on the current Mandates and future projection of Hiring plan to help in projections , asking for more Positions as to build the Account to scale up – responsible right from sharing the profiles till Candidate Joins,
Submitting the Quality Profiles, Asking for Profile Feedback, Arranging the Interview (Telephonic / / Face to Face ), coordinating for Interviews , Taking the feedback post Face to Face Interviews from Client , Salary negotiation between both Client & Candidate ,Offer acceptance Confirmation – from Candidate, candidate’s resignation follow up , Candidate’s resignation acceptance doc has to be collected to be sure of joining , Candidate follow up till Joins
Front Facing client, Mining existing clients, generating new business from old as well as new
