We are looking for a dedicated “Manager / Executive Recruitment” to join our team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings.
JD:
• You will be responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience.
• Liaison with various Government (NSDC, PMKY, DDUGKY, Employment Exchanges and Gram Panchayats), NGOs and Educational Institutions for mobilizing of fresher Students , create interest and motivation among students for Job across India.
• Review the performance of training on the students, prepare documentation, submit MIS reports, keeping track on various training institutes and trainings happening in the region.
• To begin baseline research of selected communities, and continue to monitor social change and new social information relevant to community empowerment and also make them aware how the training/Job will help them in building their career.
• The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases, portals and social media.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in Bulk hiring & campus placement for fresher.
• Well knowledge of the recruitment eco system
• Multi-tasking: a recruiter is often expected to multi-task
• Willing to travel across India
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Comfortable in Job Description preparation
• Comfortable in presentation
• Strong network of ITI & diploma collage, skill centers, NGO’s
• Strong data bank of candidates
• Well knowledge in Social Media Branding
Required Candidate profile
• Sourcing candidates from various job boards, colleges ,NGO’s. and to screen the candidates.
• Coordinating with various vendors/ consultants.
• Engaging with candidates/ offer management / pre-onboarding
• Education: Any Graduate with minimum 2 year experience in Bulk recruitment
