Very Urgent opening for Hr Recruiter (Non-IT only)

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills in English Language (Verbal and Written) is a must.

- Experience in Computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.

- Ability to search resumes, screen the prospective candidates, negotiate rates etc.

- Sourcing Portal Knowledge is must.

-Serve as an ambassador of our firm when reaching out to candidates; cold calling candidates for positions and acting professionally in representing the firm.

-Identify and the best mix of resources to source top talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.

-Develop position-specific screening questionnaires.

-Recruit, assess, and hire top talent and present top talent to clients.

-Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates.

-Provide excellent client management service

1 Yr. to Yr. Exp Non-It Domain, Portal Sourcing Exp is required, Cold calling, understanding client requirements and proactively working with team to get maximum closures.

Exp in Bulk Hiring, Voice hiring, Mass hiring, F&A Hiring, Marketing hiring.

Shifts: AM To PM
