Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Find candidates offline (.: Linkedin, Social media, Local institutes, or other references)and online portal
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Followup with candidates till joining
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Interview process and joining formalities
Take initiative part in office cultural activities and encourage team
Requirements:
Female candidates only need to apply (Experience 06 months - 1 year)
Bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills
