Roles & Responsibilities:
·Manage hiring for clients across Pan India.
·Directly involve in Head Hunting, Mapping and Industry Research.
·Actively use Job Boards, Portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social media, Google for identifying candidates.
·Understand and analyze overall Clients needs and requirements
. ·With the use of various tools and innovative recruiting styles, review and present the screened candidates to the clients.
·Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with candidates. ·Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Practice Head.
·End to End coordination from client and candidate side.
·Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
·Meeting the defined time frame for the assignments. Qualifications & Qualities candidates should possess:
·Required Exp: 06-1Yrs in IT Hiring/ Non-Tech across different skill sets and technologies.
·Ability to manage client relationships & with respective key decision-makers
. Should be MBA or Graduate in any steam.
