Facilitate discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, Documentation and Record Keeping, Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, risk management, and operations. Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the recovery team. Maintain effective communication with defaulting customers to facilitate resolution.
