Duty & Responsibilities:

o To greet and properly direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, customers, etc.

o To maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents, and security procedures.

o To handle special administrative projects, if there is any provision. o To answer calls and direct the calls to the relevant department/division. o To answer queries of the visitor and supply required information to them.

o To assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing,
