ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES : RECEPTIONIST
ü Interact with the Patients with Greet & Smile.
ü Handle Email, Incoming & Outgoing Calls.
ü Maintain all register related to Attendance, Treatments, Appointments, Courier Inward & Outward, Stock Inward & Outward on a regulaur basis.
ü Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the Patients’ entry into the Clinic, to their exit.
ü Efficient Management of Front Desk.
ü Multitask to ensure smooth Clinic Functioning.
ü Handle inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person.
ü Responsible for doing outbound calls (Bundle Calling) to the clients as per the instructions / targets allotted.
ü Responsible for Feedback, Review and Reference Collection.
ü Responsible for Bill making.
ü Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep the clinic.
