Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
• Answering questions and addressing complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Check, sort and forward emails to respective department.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
• Knowledge to draft all letters, mail.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint presentation
• Maintain all office inventory as per requirement
• Maintain all office register and update day to day basis in every day.
Receptionist Qualifications / Skills:
• Telephone & EPBX system handling knowledge
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
• Listening Ability
• Strong MS office Knowledge and Web site Surfing
• Good team member
• Multi task ability
Education, Experience, and other Requirements:
• University/college degree in any stream
• Familiarity with phone systems
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
• Minimum 1 to 2 Year Experience.
• Age – 20 to 30 maximums
• Salary – 10k to 15k per month
