JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic Salon Receptionist to be responsible for Salons day-to-day operations. Should be a pleasant personality with great communication skills and must have a kind, patient temperament. Will need to manage clients and redirect requests to the right employee in the Salon. One has to be self-motivated and self-driven attitude. has to do supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our product and services and keeping updated records. Ultimately, youll help boost client satisfaction and increase our revenues.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Clients service satisfaction and complaint resolutions. Oversee daily salon operations. Conduct regular stock checking and identify the products to order and prepare Product Order sheet. Keep a track of products received and maintain the consumption and retail product records. Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment. Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations. Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards. Maintain staff attendance records and working schedules. Receive payments from clients and track all transactions Keep updated records of costs and revenues.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist or similar role. Good knowledge of beauty and hair treatments and products. Basic bookkeeping knowledge and excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle customers requests and complaints with grace. Good knowledge of MS Office. Graduate in any discipline
