Urgent opening of Front Desk Executive at Gurgaon.

Location: Gurgaon Near Cyber City

Gender: Female Only

Should be Presentable and Excellent Communication Skills.

Designation: Front Office Executive (Female)

Salary: 15k to 20k

Responsibilities:-

Answering all incoming calls / emails and re-routing them to relevant parties.

General administration duties, photocopying, filing etc.

Data entry into internal systems.

Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.

Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

Check, sort and forward emails

Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

Keep updated records and files

Monitoring stationary stock and reordering when required.

Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
