Roles and Responsibilities

ï‚· The front office receives information and will then pass this on to the relevant department within the company.

ï‚· You will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

ï‚· patience, listening, and communicating are all people skills a front office executive must tap into while assisting

guests.

ï‚· Presentable We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Executive to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at

the desk of our main entrance.

ï‚· Good communication skills, Knowledge of computers / MS office is a must.
