 The front office receives information and will then pass this on to the relevant department within the company.

 You will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

 patience, listening, and communicating are all people skills a front office executive must tap into while assisting

guests.

 Presentable We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Executive to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at

the desk of our main entrance.

 Good communication skills, Knowledge of computers / MS office is a must.
