Designation: Customer Service Associate / Coordinator / Receptionist

Job Responsibilities :
1. Customer Relationship
- Serves patients by greeting them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounting. Making pets and their parents comfortable when they are at the Eye Vet.
- Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries. Communicating with them in the most friendly but professional way in their preferred language.
- Appointment information to patients through whatsapp / SMS.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying the provider of the patients arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.
- Comforts patients by anticipating patients anxieties, answering patients questions, and maintaining the reception area.
- Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
2. Stock Management
- Maintains clinical, surgical and administrative stationery inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs.
- Maintaining proper records of the stock on a timely basis.
3. Business Support
- Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, and recording and collecting patient charges.
- Coordinates with registration and data management of Primary veterinarians for seminars conducted
- Protects patients rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes.
