Job Responsibilities:Â
- Welcome visitors and guests in a friendly and polite manner and direct them appropriately and
make sure they are attended.
- Receive and direct telephone calls and messages. Respond to general inquiries via call, mail, etc.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and events.
- Maintaining stationary, Coordinate with the Housekeeping team for the hospitality of the guest
such as serving them tea/coffee, snack, etc..
- Make sure all the guests at the display center enter their details completely in the feedback
register.
- Maintain the decorum of the complete display center, make sure it is neat and tidy at all time.
- In Coordination Conducting Business Promotion Meets like Dealer Meets, Carpenter Meets, etc.
on a regular basis
- Make sure the details of all the walk in Customers are entered in the Google form.
- Summarize the report and send the same to the Management on a regular basis.
- Support the Sales team by preparing quotes on Excel / Tally and sending the same to the
Customers
- Coordinate with HR for interview schedules in Koramangala Office, Collect feedback from
Management and inform HR for further process.
- Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees at the Display Centre
- Filing the leave forms and keeping a track of the leaves taken and maintaining the attendance
register and submitting the same for payroll processing on a monthly basic
