Responsibilities:

1. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

2. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.

3. Maintains security and telecommunications system.

4. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

5. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.

6. Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received

7. Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail

8 Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed

9. Maintain the general office filing system
