Duties

- Meet & greet walk-in guests

- Handle billing / accounts/Inventory

-Sorting and sending mails

- Answering and routing phone calls

-Perform all hotel check-in and check-out tasks

-Manage online and phone reservations

-Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities

-Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

-Manage front desk during the day 9am-6pm

- Experience with hotel management software
