You are responsible for maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
You are responsible for providing assistance to the heads in the administration department.
You are responsible for tracking all the stationary items in the conference/meeting room/front desk, and order for fresh stock.
You are responsible for attending a visitor or customer present physically at office.
You are responsible for providing information about the products and services of the organization.
You are responsible for front desk safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation.
You are responsible for tracking daily task of all the peon and also to track absenteeism of Peon and to inform HR accordingly
Responsible for conferring and coordinating with other departments for housekeeping and visitors
To ensure all the paper work related to Guest management, inventory of pantry items
List the secondary job duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for participation in continuous improvement process
Training & Development activity for new comers / associate
Proactively participation in strategic development especially in sales initiatives, Training and development & policy changes.
You are responsible for attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department (In absence of Back end support)
