Front office Executive Job Description
Our company is looking for a front office Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Keep updated records and files.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Greet and welcome guests.
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team Members;
Maintaining records of Out ward & Inward mail.
Co-ordinating with various departments as per enquires;
Supervise the efficient operations of reception including check in/out procedures.
Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely.
Attending Incoming & Outgoing Calls.
Advise team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel for events or for general accommodations.
Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire Team Members to exceed standards.
Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day.
Support team members in handling guest requests and enquires to ensure a positive outcome is achieved.
Work with your Manager to identify a specific project to complete during your internship placement.
Requirements:
Customer service orientation.
4+ Years relevant experience.
Knowledge of office management and register maintaining.
Problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with office machines (., fax, printer, Photocopy Machine etc.);
Media / Entertainment / Internet.
Ability to interact with executives and clients.
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
Personable, energetic individual with excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Internal and External Communication.
Bachelors degree.
Front Desk Management.
