4 To report for duty punctually every day, positively.
5 To be & remain available at work place Reception Desk and possibly avoid personal calls whenever so practicable.
6 To ensure polite reception and proper feedback to customers & general inquiry.
7 To properly respond and timely report for informationmessages, etc. to all concern internal customers, etc., purposefully.
8 To properly do the work related to NBCL Online Order Receive ( fertilizer ) and accordingly inform necessary details to Plant, Receive Bills NBCL and daily reporting for Order Book ( Total Tone ), etc.
9 To manage courier activities for all incoming outgoing mails, travel stay booking requirements and reception hospitality of valued guests visitors.
10 To keep and maintain necessary records, as per practice & necessity.
11 To timely ensureinform concerned employee, of such requirement to operate Reception desk, as & when own-self is on leave or otherwise.
12 To willingly accept & adopt any changes for Org. development and any other responsibility activity & special assignments entrusted by the Management, as an opportunity for betterment, besides normal responsibilities attributable and attached to the employment & position with the organization.
