POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring smooth communication and maintaining a professional front desk environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front Desk Management
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to reflect the company's brand.
Answer and redirect phone calls promptly, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently.
Administrative Support
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier services.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement with the purchasing department.
