answer and Direct Phone Calls in a Professional Manner.

handle Office Communications, Emails, and Correspondence.

manage Appointments and Scheduling for Meetings.

assist with Administrative Tasks such as Filing, Data Entry, and Document Management.

ensure the Reception Area is Tidy and Presentable At all Times.

support other Departments with Clerical Duties as Required.

requirements:

strong Communication Skills in English and Local Languages.

good Organizational and Multitasking Abilities.

basic Knowledge of Ms Office (word, Excel, Powerpoint).

prior Experience in a Receptionist or Administrative Role is An Advantage.
