Job Description: We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Spancore Technology. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.

Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.

Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries.

Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.

Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
