Responsibilities:

Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Documentation and Filing: Maintain and organize company documents, records, and files, both electronically and physically.

Correspondence Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate personnel for action.

Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for executives or teams, coordinating logistics and sending reminders as necessary.

Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and processing travel-related expenses.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter data accurately into databases or systems, maintain records of various activities such as employee attendance, inventory, or financial transactions.

Communication Liaison: Serve as a communication liaison between different departments or teams within the organization, relaying messages and ensuring effective communication flow.

Meeting Coordination: Assist in the organization and coordination of meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments or teams as needed, including photocopying, faxing, scanning documents, and other administrative tasks.
