Job Summary:

Rista Development Foundation is seeking a presentable and smart individual to join our corporate office in Egra as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and should have completed at least Higher Secondary education.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.

Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.

Provide information and assistance to clients and staff.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Requirements:

Minimum education qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) passed.

Proficient in Hindi and English communication.

Presentable and professional demeanor.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer skills (MS Office and email).
