Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our

elder care company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of

contact for clients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional

customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at our facility.

This role involves managing the front desk, handling communications,

and supporting administrative tasks with professionalism and

efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and

staff in a warm and professional manner.

Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and

respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.

Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and

client visits, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

Administrative Support:Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining

client records. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and

other documents as needed.

Client Interaction: Provide information about services, assist with

intake forms, and guide visitors and clients through the facility.

Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and

presentable, with all necessary materials (., brochures, forms)

readily available.

Qualification: Diploma in office management, Graduation or Post graduate

Salary: 10k to 15k pm
