National Safety Council set up by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India as a registered Society, financially self-supporting with an Independent Board of Governors and Headquarters in Navi Mumbai invites applications for the post of Receptionist (on contract basis) at its Headquarters :-

Designation : Receptionist

Qualification : First class Graduate (preferably )

Other skills : Computer Typing, Excel, PPT, shorthand preferred

Languages known : English, Hindi, Marathi

Age : 25 to 30 yrs.

Experience : 2 to 5 years

Job Responsibilities : • To receive daily dak and send to respective section

• To attend phone calls

• To greet visitors

• To maintain discipline in reception area

• To co-ordinate with every department

• To schedule meetings

• To receive emails and sent replies

• To book railway tickets, etc.

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist (unmarried female residing at Navi Mumbai preferably on the harbor line) to join our team. She must possess excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and solid communication and origin skills.

About National Safety Council

National Safety Council (NSC) was set up by the Ministry of Labour, Government of India (GOI) on 4th March, 1966 to generate, develop and sustain a voluntary movement on Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) at the national level. It is an apex not-for-profit making tripartite body, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950.

To fulfill its objective NSC carries out various activities. These include organising and conducting specialised training programmes/courses, conferences, seminars & workshops; conducting consultancy studies such as safety audits, safety ratings, hazard evaluation & risk assessment; designing and developing HSE promotional materials & publications; facilitating organisations in celebrating/observing various campaigns viz. National Safety Day/Week, Fire Service Week, World Environment Day and Road Safety Week.
