Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional approach.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain the front desk, ensuring a presentable and welcoming environment.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and visitor logs.
Handle basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document handling.
Assist in travel bookings, courier management, and office supplies inventory.
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a receptionist/front office executive role.
Languages: Must be fluent in Tamil, English, and basic Hindi.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Personality: Good-looking, well-groomed, and presentable.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Interpersonal Skills: Polite, courteous, and customer-focused.
Multitasking Ability: Should be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in hospitality, corporate offices, or customer service roles.
