The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees at . Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or team members.
Provide information about the company and its services to clients, visitors, and callers.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for employees.
Maintain and organize the front desk area to ensure it is neat and presentable.
Handle office supplies, inventory management, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the office.
Ensure visitor logs are maintained and provide security badges as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
