5. Manage office supplies and ensure that the office environment is adequately stocked with necessary materials.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors visiting the office.
7. Handle correspondence and ensure timely communication between clients and project teams.
8. Enter and update data in internal systems, such as contact information, project updates, and financial records.
9. Prepare reports on office activities, project updates, and administrative matters for senior management review.
10. Maintain and update company databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
11. Receive and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring they reach the relevant department or individual in a timely manner.
12. Coordinate outgoing mail, packages, and courier services as required.
