Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff with a positive attitude.
Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for doctors and specialists.
Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records in the hospitals system.
Assist with billing and payment processes, ensuring all documentation is complete.
Provide information about hospital services, facilities, and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and hospital management software.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations efficiently.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
