Key Responsibilities:
Communication with Students: Act as a friendly and approachable liaison between INPInfotech and students. Answer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns in a helpful and timely manner.
Receiving Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals at INPInfotech. Offer courteous and clear communication while maintaining a professional telephone manner.
Attending Visitors: Welcome guests and visitors warmly to INPInfotech, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Direct them to their designated destinations and maintain a presentable reception area.
Client Records Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of clients at INPInfotech, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar at INPInfotech to optimize efficiency and avoid conflicts.
Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to various departments at INPInfotech as needed, including data entry, filing, and coordinating office supplies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Associate's degree or higher is a plus.
Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications, such as MS Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
Knowledge of client record management systems is a bonus.
