Job Description

A receptionist plays a crucial role in an organization, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers:

### Key Responsibilities:

1. Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Answering Phones: Handling incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when necessary.

3. Scheduling Appointments: Managing calendars for appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

4. Administrative Tasks: Performing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

5. Handling Correspondence: Sorting and distributing incoming mail, as well as sending out correspondence.

7. Maintaining a Tidy Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
