**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Handle stock management and cash transactions accurately.
- Shall do client conversions and follow-up communications.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales ability and experience in client conversions.
- Ability to handle cash and manage stock effectively.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
