Urgent Opening For Receptionist (Female)

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a

Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist plays a

vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate

should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the

ability to multitask effectively.

Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing exceptional

customer service.

Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate

department or individual.

Provide accurate information about the store's products, services, and

promotions to customers.

Assist customers with general inquiries, providing guidance and support as

needed. Handle customer complaints or issues, striving to resolve them

promptly and satisfactorily.

Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments accurately.

Assist in inventory management, including receiving and organizing

merchandise.

Collaborate with other store staff to ensure smooth operations and seamless

customer experiences.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling

appointments.

KEY SKILLS

Preferable location- near Lower Parel

Female Candidate preferred

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Proven work experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in

a similar role is llent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and

icient with Microsoft office (word and excel).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
