Job Description (not limited to),

Promoting the Brands (Business Development)

 Responsible for providing information about the services and products of the organization through calls, e-mail, social media platforms, website etc.

Front Office Management:

 Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.

 Responsible for attending all the incoming calls, responding to them, redirecting or keeping messages.

 Required Good Communication skills (written & spoken).

 Responsible for greeting and welcoming all visitors at the front desk. Registering their names and contact details. Ensuring the front desk executive provides a professional and friendly service to guests.

 Providing Service and direct visitors where to go.

 Helping in Security by keeping tabs on who is coming and going and report anything suspicious by checking IDs, signing guests in and out.

 Check, sort and forwarding emails to the concerned departments.

 Receive letters, packages etc. and distributing them.

 Receiving and Dispatching of Invoices/Couriers.

 Managing and training the Front Office staff.

 Keep updated records and files Monitor office expenses, costs, bills.

Administration:

 Implementation of Daily Checklist.

 Providing assistance to the HOD of different departments.

 Office Management by ensuring all lights & fixtures, CCTV, EPBAX, Telephone Instruments, AC outdoor and indoor units, Genset, Electrical Panel, DB, MCB, UPS, software, hardware and Internet is functioning properly.

 Keeping track of Electricity/ Genset readings.

 Supervising Cleanliness of office and complete premises along with awnings & signage.

 Keeping conference room spic and span.

 Responsible for keeping all the stationary, pantry items, uniform supplies in the organization up to date
