Promoting the Brands (Business Development)
Responsible for providing information about the services and products of the organization through calls, e-mail, social media platforms, website etc.
Front Office Management:
Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
Responsible for attending all the incoming calls, responding to them, redirecting or keeping messages.
Required Good Communication skills (written & spoken).
Responsible for greeting and welcoming all visitors at the front desk. Registering their names and contact details. Ensuring the front desk executive provides a professional and friendly service to guests.
Providing Service and direct visitors where to go.
Helping in Security by keeping tabs on who is coming and going and report anything suspicious by checking IDs, signing guests in and out.
Check, sort and forwarding emails to the concerned departments.
Receive letters, packages etc. and distributing them.
Receiving and Dispatching of Invoices/Couriers.
Managing and training the Front Office staff.
Keep updated records and files Monitor office expenses, costs, bills.
Administration:
Implementation of Daily Checklist.
Providing assistance to the HOD of different departments.
Office Management by ensuring all lights & fixtures, CCTV, EPBAX, Telephone Instruments, AC outdoor and indoor units, Genset, Electrical Panel, DB, MCB, UPS, software, hardware and Internet is functioning properly.
Keeping track of Electricity/ Genset readings.
Supervising Cleanliness of office and complete premises along with awnings & signage.
Keeping conference room spic and span.
Responsible for keeping all the stationary, pantry items, uniform supplies in the organization up to date
