Job Description

Provide exceptional patient service, manage clinic front office operations, and perform administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:]

1. Greet patients, families, and visitors.

2. Answer and direct phone calls.

3. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.

4. Register new patients, update demographics, and verify insurance.

5. Handle patient payments and billing.

6. Maintain accurate records, files, and confidentiality.

7. Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks
