Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Receptionist to be the face of our office. As the first point of contact for clients, agents, and visitors, you will deliver exceptional customer service while handling various administrative duties. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients, agents, and visitors with a professional behavior.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages, directing them appropriately to the right point of contact.
Oversee front desk operations, including mail, packages, and supply inventory.
Support agents and staff with administrative tasks.
Maintain and update records, databases, and other essential documentation.
Assist in organizing open houses, events, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Up to 1 Years in a receptionist or similar role.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in regional languages is a plus.
Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and note-taking.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with real estate terminology and procedures is preferred.
Understanding of local market trends and regulations is advantageous.
