Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for visitors and callers. This position requires excellent communication and multitasking skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees.
Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Providing information about the company, its services, and directions to visitors.
Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed.
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Keeping a record of visitor information, including contact details, and ensuring visitor confidentiality.
Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems, printers, and copiers.
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of email and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus but not always required.
