Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, answer phone calls, manage the front desk, and perform administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors: Welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Answer phone calls: Respond to incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person.
3. Manage front desk: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including managing mail, packages, and supplies.
4. Administrative tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
5. Schedule appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
6. Maintain records: Keep accurate records of visitor logs, phone calls, and other relevant information.
7. Provide customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about the company.
