Urgent opening for HOTEL Receptionist in HOTEL Industry @ Mohali.

Experience - 1+ Year in Front Office with Hotel Industry

Salary - 15,000 to 25,000 Per Month As per experience will be decide.

Male & Female Candidate 2 Positions

Rotational Shift - Day, Afternoon, Evening, Night

JOB Responsibilities:-

Handle Reservation

- Handle Check-in, Check-outs and maintain Guest folio till checkout.

- Maintain log book for all internal & external messages

- Assign guest room and VVIP rooms after housekeeping co ordination

- Handling telephonic operations and respond E-mail Inquiries including sending confirmations and processing for Company Guaranteed Rates.

- Manage and maintain all FIT Corporate and Group reservations

- Maintain monthly Reports

- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel

- Responsible for guest assistance during their stay in hotel, cash handling and guest billing on check- out.

- Record guest comments or complaints and reporting to the manager.

- Maintain high standard of etiquette & positive attitude towards guest, to maintain the relationship with hotel guest.
