Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Looking for a Receptionist having experience in Telesales/ Tele calling /Telemarketing/ Direct Sales / Customer Engagement process. The Candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding customer requirements and providing the right customer experience

• Overall lead generation & Lead conversion

• Educate customer about the various plans and offers available

• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities

• Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls

Salary: ₹6, - ₹8, per month

Education: 10TH Pass/(12th Pass) (Preferred)
