You will be responsible for the first impression of the company by providing a welcoming environment to clients.

• To handle the clients, attending phone calls, and managing all the front office area.

• Provide administrative support to the office for forms and file management.

• Answer all incoming calls, and respond to caller's inquiries in a positive, professional manner.

• Good communication skills are required.

• Inform Customers About Company's Products/Services And Offers.

• Manage Inbound And Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner.

• Following up with clients/Students via email or phone.

• Graduation is a must.

• Salary is negotiable.

• Managing social media pages will be considered an asset.

• Contract length: 12 months.
