Receptionist & Computer Operator

 Greet and welcome Patients & other visitors as they arrive at Hospital.

 Direct visitors to the appropriate person and Hospital

 Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

 Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (.

Pens, forms and brochures)

 Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

 Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

 Maintain hospital security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the

reception desk

 Order from Hospitalsupplies and keep inventory of stock

 Must have knowledge of Computer work inclusive of soft entries, excel, ms word document.

 Software handling of hospital for billing, IPD, OPD files [ training will be provided]

 Petty cash & other expenses handling.
