• Attracts potential customers by answering product related questions; providing information about the on-going projects of the company.

• Acquire Customers for Real Estate from Open Market and build relationship.

• Ensure proper Completion of the target within timeline as per the company checklist.

• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

• Plan that involves understanding the industry as whole, the on-going projects of the company and more importantly the customer.

• Build new relationship with builder community basis projects & expansion plans.

Guide the customer towards applying for properties and explain the project in terms of ROI, terms & conditions very clearly.

• Attend Customer calls & property attend to their requests for ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Deal with early Delinquencies and work closely with the collection team to resolve the issue if any.
