Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from a provided database or leads list, following a defined script or pitch. The objective is to generate interest in the company's real estate offerings and arrange appointments for the sales team.
Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's real estate projects, including property types, features, pricing, payment plans, and any special promotions or offers. The Presales Executive should be able to effectively communicate this information to potential customers.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations. Gather relevant information about the customer's requirements, preferences, budget, and timeline to determine their level of interest and suitability for the company's offerings.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain a rapport with prospective customers, establishing trust and credibility. Address their queries, concerns, and objections regarding the company's offerings, providing accurate and persuasive information to create a favorable impression.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments between potential customers and the sales team, ensuring that all relevant details are communicated to both parties. Maintain a calendar or scheduling system to manage appointments effectively.
Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and customer information in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Ensure data integrity and follow data protection policies.
Follow-up Activities: Conduct timely follow-up calls with potential customers to nurture leads, answer additional queries, and provide any further information or assistance required. Maintain a professional and proactive approach to convert leads into sales opportunities.
