Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop content for sales presentations and other materials
• Attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to disseminate information about current sale offerings
• Manage Leads on a daily basis
• Become a product expert and be able to effectively deliver promotional presentations to current and prospective customers
• Meet sales targets & KPIs on a weekly & monthly basis
• Support and confidently lead clients through the entire real estate process.
• Guide clients through properties of interest and emphasize the features and benefits of the properties
• Match customer preferences and budget requirements with a suitable property
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
• Keep track of deadlines and deliveries of various projects
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience in real estate market and conducting client meetings & site visits
• Effectively closed client transactions directly ., a successful direct selling career
• In-depth knowledge about real estate market and property buying cycle
• Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio
• She will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Should be able to communicate in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Willing to travel across Hyderabad and to Dubai
