Summary:

Orion is Hiring for Sales Manager who can plan and execute the sales. Also who can manage a team of 5-

15 Business Development Executive or Sales Executives.

Job Responsibilities:

 Deliver SLA & KPI

 Manage & motivate a team of 10+ Business Development Executives.

 He/She must be responsible for generating sales with project specific enquiries.

 Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure.

 Get connected between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and

new product release launches in market and with competitors.

 Report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.

 Reaching goals set, establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

 Maximize ProductivityMonitoring calls, giving feedback, Preparing reports and report to

management on areas of improvement.

 Conducting team meetings, pre/post/mid shifts, BPS.

 Create future prospects for company.

 To recruit, induct, develop and support a team delivering business.

 To supervise the workload of the team, allocating team members to optimise sales target.

 Deliver the required volume of effective coaching.

 Attrition, Shrinkage, Roaster management.

 Manage the various promotional channels to successfully ensure sales targets
