Job Description

Ability to listen & solve customers’ problems. Basic computer (Excel) & Internet handling knowledge.

Conduct handling of outbound customer calls as per the defined standard operating procedures and in adherence to the customer service quality parameters

Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our real estate services

Generate leads and set appointments for our sales team Responsible for generating sales.

Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
