Handling Channel sales and corporate tie - up to generate maximum business for residential and commercial projects.
Responsible for generating new business opportunities for the organization.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Monitoring and positioning for all future projects.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
Understand the client's needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Industry Preference: Real estate.
Well-spoken communication skills are a must.
