3. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, prices, and property availability in Noida and the surrounding areas.
4. Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on real estate investment opportunities, financing options, and market conditions.
5. Networking: Develop and expand a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including developers, brokers, and other professionals.
6. Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.
7. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
8. Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
0 - 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of the Noida real estate market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
